ARCHBISHOP CALLS FOR MORAL RECOVERY

CEBUANOS must reflect on the enormous cost of graft and demand accountability from public officials.

This call was issued by Cebu Archbishop Alberto Uy who stressed that if there were no corruption and other shenanigans, life would be much easier for all people.

He added that corruption has cost the nation not just billions but trillions of pesos over the years.

"Had these funds been used to build houses and hospitals, no patient would have to lie in a corridor," the Archbishop disclosed.
