SUSPENSION OF ALL ROAD REBLOCKING PROJECTS

DUE to allegations of corruption, the Department of Public Works and Highways suspended indefinitely all road renlocking activities.

DPWH Sec. Vince Dizon said the repeated repair of roads that appear to be in good condition has angered the public for decades.

Dizon also directed the drafting of stricter regulations on road repairs, with exceptions only for those with visible damage requiring immediate action.
