LAST Monday's Sangguniang Panlalawigan session saw Board Member Tining Martinez, a Bogohanon, asking "Where is the Provincial Government? What is happening?"
He didn't mention the current Governor's name in his speech but her trolls bashed him, saying he was politicking.
It was clear that Martinez was simply asking -- he didn't assail the Capitol leadership for the delay in the delivery of relief efforts in Bogo and the rest of northern Cebu after the September 30 earthquake.

Sadly, the Capitol misinterpreted the content and context of his speech.
Bashing Martinez was and is off tangent because it didn't and doesn't address the real or valid issue that he merely expressed.
And his move is understandable -- he was/is just concerned for Bogohanons and the people of the rest of the 4th district that he deserves to serve.
