ARCHIVAL, MABOLO LEADERS EASE TENSION

TENSION over Cebu City's block 27 garbage composting site has finally eased after Mayor Nestor Archival sat down with Mabolo Barangay Captain Daniel Francis Arguedo.

His barangay councilors were with him during the meeting at the mayor's office.

The meeting was described as constructive by both parties.

Both sides reaffirmed their partnership in sustaining the composting project at block 27.
