FRASCO RETURNS AS DEPUTY SPEAKER

REP. Duke Frasco of Cebu's 5th district has returned to his former position as one of the 14 deputy speakers of the Lower House.

Majority Floor Leader Rep. Sandro Marcos nominated Frasco and moved for his election during the legislature's regular session.

The nomination was fully seconded and duly approved by the presiding officer after nobody raised an objection.

Frasco stressed his return to the deputy speakership would entice him to do more for his congressional district.
