THREE government agencies have signed an agreement to create a unified data system that will track Filipino learners from basic to tertiary and technical-vocational courses.
The agencies are the Department of Education, Commission on Higher Education and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority.
The deal aims to end fragmented data systems and strengthen evidence-based policymaking.
The move will allow the government to see the full journey of every learner and improve support across education stages.
