CENTRAL VISAYAS CRIME RATE DROPS
A MAJOR downtrend in crime, marked by a 28% decrease, defined the continuing fight against criminality in Central Visayas in 2025.
This is a significant margin that the Police Regional Office 7 attributes to its relentless campaign.
Police Regional Director Redrico Maranan asserted that the accomplishment is the result of the strong discipline and dedication of the men and women of PRO 7.
He also stressed their efficient collaboration with communities in implementing initiatives and programs.
