MEL TANGCO DENIES INSULTING ALEX EALA
NATIONAL Police Commission (Napolcom) chief Atty. Ralph Calinisan has confirmed that he has asked for the hand of dancer Dawn Chang in Australia.
Chang rose to popularity after joining NG "Pinoy Big Brother" in 2015.
Calinisan said they are planning to get married in December 2026, although he noted a formal proposal still needs to happen.
The Napolcom chief revealed they have been together for nearly five years.
