CENTRAL VISAYAS GOVERNORS GET KEY POSTS

BOHOL Gov. Aris Aumentado and his Cebu counterpart Pamela Baricuatro have assumed key posts in the League of Provinces of the Philippines (LPP).

Aumentado was elected chair for Central Visayas in the LPP executive board until 2028.

Baricuatro was named vice president for Ways and Means.

With the Bohol and Cebu governors now holding key posts in the LPP, region 7 is poised to play a more active role in shaping national programs.
