LAPULAPU CITY INTENSIFIES ANTI-NOISE DRIVE
THE Lapulapu City Council has passed a new resolution strengthening the enforcement of the city's noise control laws.
Councilor Joseph Pangantungan authored the measure that aims to regulate karaoke, videoke and similar sound-producing devices.
It also limits outdoor discos, benefit dances and similar events until 1:00 AM only.
