CEBU CITY'S WASTE CRISIS WORSENS
MINGLANILLA town and Talisay city have refused to accept waste from Cebu city, deepening the latter's solid waste crisis.
Minglanilla and Talisay rejected the proposal, citing environmental risks, legal constraints and capacity limitations.
